"If it seems like everyone is stressed out right now, You're not imagining it. Stress is on the rise. It impacts our health, relationships, and productivity.
The problem is most of us aren't really sure how to handle stress so we can get back to feeling like ourselves again.
If this sounds like you, we would love for you to join us, as we host life and leadership coach, Andrea Mullens for a stress and well being workshop. In this 2 hour class you will learn stress management tips you haven't heard before and how to pursue wellbeing. Each class comes with easy and applicable ways to incorporate these tips into your life, and to change the way you view and process stress, to create an overall healthier you! We will also be creating a small craft to take home as a reminder of the tools you will learn. Andrea is a certified life and leadership coach, and has helped many people and organizations to find balance and harmony in their businesses, and lives. Light bites and beverages will be provided, as well as paper and pens for taking notes. Please feel free to bring a journal of your choice to work from if you’d prefer. Note, this workshop takes place in the fully enclosed, and covered outdoor section of the BARN, there will be heaters provided, but please dress warm.
