Mother and daughter expats Marjoire Taylor and Knedall Smith Franchini always dreamed of living in France. With hard work, and perhaps a bit of fate, they cofounded and created the Cook's Atelier, a celebrated French cooking school in Beaune, France, in the heart of Burgudy wine region.
